Things could get extremely ugly if Joe Biden is re-elected.
He has some plans about gun control that will shock Americans.
And he just made a dark promise to the gun control lobby about what his intentions truly are.
While Joe Biden has fluctuated during his career between trying to portray himself as a “moderate” Democrat at times and aligning himself with the radical left at other times, one thing has always been a constant: gun control.
Biden hates guns and hates the Second Amendment. It infuriates him that Americans are so attached to their right to bear arms, and he thinks the government should crack down on them.
That is exactly what he is planning to do in his second term, and he is freely admitting that in his public appearances.
Biden has made it explicitly clear that there is a nationwide gun grab coming if he manages to get re-elected, and gun owners should be worried.
His promises about gun control are getting darker and darker, and it appears that he is going to escalate his attacks on the Second Amendment.
According to The Truth About Guns, “Joe Biden was in rare form as he took to a podcast to announce that gun control will be the centerpiece of a second term during the aptly-named Smartless podcast. In the fortieth minute of the just-released interview, Biden calls Thomas Jefferson’s remark that the Tree of Liberty is watered with the blood of patriots and tyrants ‘a bunch of crap.’”
Biden also promised to “make sure that we do something about gun violence in this country” if he is re-elected. This is a scary promise for someone who has so much antipathy toward gun owners.
Biden’s gratuitous shot at Jefferson shows exactly how much reverence he has for the founding principles of this country.
He clearly thinks Jefferson and his fellow Founding Fathers had the wrong ideas, and Biden intends to reverse them one by one.
Here’s what Olivia Murray at the American Thinker had to say about it all: “As for his last comment, perhaps he’s just forgetting the second part of what Jefferson said (he’s totally senile after all), or perhaps he doesn’t want to mention it; but here’s the full quote, for context: ‘The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.’”
“I mean, Biden is the epitome of the ‘tyrant’ of whom Jefferson spoke; he’s literally the exact type of person the Founders had in mind when they penned the Second Amendment. The irony is otherworldly—so it’s understandable why he’d leave that part out.”
Biden is obviously looking to step up his tyranny if he gets elected to a second term, and to use his power to strip law-abiding gun owners of their constitutional rights by force.
This should be extremely concerning to everyone in America who owns a gun and wants to see their rights protected against the overreaching political class that runs the government.
