Biden’s ATF hit a roadblock that they never expected.
One brave man stood up against their agenda.
And despite all of their threats, he refused to back down.
Because Congress has refused to pass Joe Biden’s gun control so far, Biden has chosen to use his ATF to enforce his policies to crack down on gun owners.
He is trying to circumvent our constitutional process of passing laws, using an executive branch agency to bypass Congress altogether and take away the gun rights of Americans.
The ATF, of course, operates by intimidation, attempting to make people obey their dictates out of fear of their safety.
They do this by making examples of certain people, such as when they shot and killed Bryan Malinowski in Arkansas after raiding his home.
But despite all of their threats, some brave citizens still have the courage to stand up against them and fight back against their authoritarian agenda.
That is exactly what Andrew Bailey, the attorney general of the state of Missouri, is doing through his efforts to take down the gun control regime of Joe Biden’s ATF.
According to KCTV 5 News, “The Missouri Attorney General has now moved to file a suit against the ATF for a new rule meant to prevent unlicensed private sales of firearms.”
“Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced on Thursday, May 2, that he joined a coalition of 20 other states to file a suit against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives over a new rule. He believes the rule attacks the ability of gun owners and private sellers.”
Here is what Bailey had to say: “When out-of-touch D.C. elites target Missourians’ Second Amendment rights, I will always take action to protect those liberties. The Framers enshrined the right to keep and bear arms into the Constitution with the promise that those rights shall not be infringed. As a gun owner myself, I will use every legal tool at my disposal to fight government overreach.”
The ATF, of course, is furious that Bailey won’t simply submit to their authority and allow them to take away guns from his constituents.
They know that his lawsuit is a threat to them, and they are scrambling to figure out how to fight it.
The article continues, “The new rule requires those who own a firearm and want to sell it for a profit must first apply for a federal firearms dealer license. The ATF indicated that ‘profit’ means any cash, trades or services acquired for the firearm.”
This rule is intended to target peaceful, law-abiding citizens who want to sell guns to their friends. These are not criminals or people who intend to use guns for harm.
The ATF wants to destroy them to intimidate other Americans into simply getting rid of their guns for fear of being targeted themselves.
But Andrew Bailey has decided to stand up for gun owners in Missouri who are under threat of prosecution from this oppressive new rule by Joe Biden’s ATF.
