Sig Sauer has introduced the latest evolution of  MCX platform – the MCX Spear LT! The options available on the MCX Lineup are many! Eight different models from rifle, to pistol, to short-barreled rifle, three different calibers, and three different barrel lengths! In addition to these new features, SIG has the MCX platform chambered in 7.62 X 39! Let’s take a look!

THE RECEIVER

Other features of the MCX-SPEAR LT include a new ambidextrous bolt catch and release on its lower, coyote anodized finish, a SIG Flat Blade trigger, a minimalist stock for maximum compact foldability, and AR15 style trigger compatibility.

THE BARREL

The SPEAR LT comes in different variations with barrel lengths of 9,11.5, and 16 inches, all manufactured from carbon steel! The SPEAR LT is based on its predecessor the MCX Virtus, but has an M-LOK accessory rail, lightened handguard with attachment screws for additional rigidity, and a lightened profile barrel with improved accuracy.
