THE LIMITED SERIES BUILD #9 – DDM4®V9® “BACON BITS”

The DDM4®V9® “Bacon Bits” is the ninth Limited Series rifle built by Daniel Defense. They took their popular DDM4®V9® and chambered it in 300 Blackout—the first time the DDM4®V9® has been available in this caliber. This rifle gives you everything you’ll need to bring home the bacon on your next pig hunt.

THE RECEIVERS & INTERNALS

The lower receiver is Mil-Spec with an enhanced flared magazine well and rear receiver QD swivel attachment point. CNC machined of 7075-T6 aluminum; Type III hard coat anodized with a sponge-style grunge camo Cerakote finish.

The upper receiver is Mil-Spec with indexing marks and M4 feed ramps. CNC machined of 7075-T6 aluminum; type III hard coat anodized with a sponge-style grunge camo Cerakote finish.

Other features include a Geissele SSA trigger and a GRIP-N-RIP charging handle.

THE BARREL & MUZZLE BRAKE

The barrel is chrome moly vanadium steel, cold hammer forged with a 1:8″ twist and 16″ S2W profile. A carbine gas system, chrome lined, Mil-Spec heavy phosphate coated, and has been HP/MPI tested.

Dead Air “KeyMo” muzzle brake virtually eliminates muzzle rise and serves as a suppressor mount, should you choose to hunt suppressed.

THE FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES

The DDM4®V9® features a Magpul STR carbine stock – Mil-Spec, ODG (MAG470), a Magpul MOE-k2 Grip, ODG pistol grip (MAG522), a Daniel Defense Vertical Grip, Glass Filled Polymer with soft touch overmolding, a Daniel Defense DDM4 handguard with 15-inch rail, CNC machined of 6061-T6 aluminum, and Type III Hard Coat anodized, and a Cloud Defensive Rein 3.0 weapon mounted flashlight on cantilever mount.

Daniel Defense mounted an Aimpoint T2 Red Dot Optic & Daniel Defense Rock and Lock Micro Mount.
