THE LIMITED SERIES
Daniel Defense has partnered with industry-leading manufacturers to build small batches of once-in-a-lifetime rifles, the Limited Series.
The Limited Series rifles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. So, the best way to get your hands on one is to sign up for insider notifications and be one of the first to know what’s coming and when it’s available. But act fast because once these limited-edition rifles are gone, they’re gone for good.
THE LIMITED SERIES TAIGA
The Taiga is the latest limited-edition rifle from Daniel Defense. Based on the DD5 V4 Hunter, this rifle is made for serious trophy hunting. It’s chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and designed to take advantage of its superior ballistics, offer flatter trajectories, and reduce wind drift. These ballistic gains help the shooter stretch the effective range out to 1,000 meters or more to perform in real world conditions. The Taiga will give you the range and accuracy you need when that monster buck appears.
THE RECEIVERS
The lower receiver is CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminum and type III hard coat anodized. Features include an enhanced flared magazine well and rear receiver QD swivel attachment point. The upper receiver is CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminum that is type III hard coat anodized and finished in an exclusive Taiga Cerakote pattern built to stand out, with a design exclusive to this limited model.
THE BARREL & GAS SYSTEM
The barrel is the S2W, Daniel Defense’s proprietary Heavy Barrel. It’s 18 inches long, cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined, 1:8″, chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with thread protector.
The gas system features an optimized bolt carrier group that reduces recoil, is easy to maintain, and is built to take on the elements. The adjustable gas block provides a smooth feel, whether shooting suppressed or unsuppressed.
THE FURNITURE
It’s equipped with a Magpul PRS-Lite Stock in FDE that’s lightweight and adjustable. An Edgar Sherman Designs Granite Grip, FDE for reliable handling when it matters most, and a Long Range Accuracy Ultralite Scout M-Lok bipod gives you stability without the extra weight.
THE OPTICS
The Taiga is equipped with a Burris Veracity PH 4-20x50mm optic, giving you versatile magnification with edge-to-edge clarity. It’s mounted on a quick detach Burris Signature AR QD PEPR Mount. Also included is a Burris Signature LRF 2000 Rangefinder for precise distance readings.
