Kamala Harris is rabidly anti-gun, but apparently even that is not enough for some.

Anti-gun activists are taking an extremely hard line against the Second Amendment.

And they just went rogue and launched an attack on Kamala Harris for not going far enough.

The anti-gun movement in America is committed to eliminating the Second Amendment, and they won’t accept anything short of that goal.

Kamala Harris seems to mostly share their goals, as she has a lengthy anti-gun track record, dating back to her days in San Francisco decades ago.

But some are apparently not satisfied that she hasn’t directly and publicly come out for the repeal of the Second Amendment and the removal of all guns in America.

Because of that, she is finding herself on the receiving end of attacks from people she surely thought would be her most reliable allies in the campaign.

She is realizing that no matter how extreme her views are, someone is going to demand that they be more extreme.

And one teenage anti-gun activist made that abundantly clear in a recent op-ed which was published by the liberal Teen Vogue magazine.

Here is part of what the author said: “At a campaign event in Michigan Vice President Kamala Harris told supporters, ‘If somebody breaks into my house, they’re getting shot.’ In the weeks since, she’s talked more about her gun ownership. Her campaign amplified the message, turning a quote about her Glock into a trending sound on TikTok.

“The vice president is one of many Americans who own a gun for self-defense. According to Pew, 7 in 10 gun owners in America cite ‘protection’ as the main reason they own a gun. But the idea that guns make us safer is a myth.”

Clearly the author is not happy that Harris has a gun which she uses for her own personal safety.

The author appears to be ideologically committed to the idea that guns always make people less safe and can never be used for good purposes.

The article continues, “If we all understand that guns are the problem, then we shouldn’t participate in normalizing gun ownership or gun use, especially when the research is so overwhelming that guns make us less safe.”

“Gun violence is the number-one killer of children and teens in America. Those of us committed to stopping gun violence must speak plainly about what the evidence shows: Guns don’t protect us.”

It’s clear what the author wants to get across: gun ownership should not be “normalized,” it should be ostracized.

Gun owners should be essentially shamed and shunned from society, and political candidates who own guns should be called out.

This apparently even applies to rabidly anti-gun candidates like Kamala Harris, who apparently does not go far enough for this young activist.

Perhaps Harris will realize that running as hard to her left as possible is a futile endeavor.

No matter how extreme she goes, someone will always want her to go more extreme and will attack her for it.
