The ATF got let off the hook for doing something horrible.

They won’t be held accountable for the damage they did.

And now outrage is spreading after the ATF got off scot-free.

When Bryan Malinowski was shot and killed by the ATF back in March, it immediately blew up as a massive news story all across America.

People were stunned that such a respected member of society was brutally killed by a government agency over paperwork issues, despite the fact that he wasn’t violent or a threat to anyone.

Most people thought that surely the ATF would be held accountable for what they did to Malinowski and that there would be consequences.

But sadly, federal government agencies have shown time and time again that they can do essentially whatever they want with no repercussions whatsoever.

The ATF in particular is one of Joe Biden’s favorite agencies, as they have acted as his goon squad against one of his most hated groups of Americans, gun owners.

And as it turns out, the ATF will not be facing any consequences for the killing of Bryan Malinowski.

According to Reason Magazine, “Agents of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) suspected that Bryan Malinowski, executive director of the airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, and an avid firearms collector, was reselling enough firearms at gun shows to make him more of a commercial dealer than a hobbyist. That meant he should, in the ATF’s view, get a Federal Firearms License. So on March 19, agents did what law enforcers do when they suspect people of paperwork violations: They raided his home before dawn, taped over the doorbell camera, and shot Malinowski dead less than a minute later when he opened fire on intruders who had just busted in his front door.”

“Unsurprisingly, the ATF agents are on their way to evading consequences for causing a man’s death over a paperwork violation.”

The argument from the prosecutor who refused to bring charges against the agent who shot Malinowski is essentially that the agent had a right to self-defense, but Malinowski did not.

Here’s what the prosecutor had to say: “Given the totality of the circumstances, Agent 2 had a reasonable belief that deadly force was necessary to defend himself and Agent 1. Therefore, the use of deadly force by Agent 2 was in accordance with Arkansas law and was justified.”

Of course, the deadly force was “necessitated” because the agents did a no-knock raid against Malinowski, and he thought his home was being burglarized and shot back.

The fact is that the ATF created a situation where violence was almost certain to take place, and that is what led to Malinowski being shot and killed.

Now the prosecutors have made clear that they are sympathetic to the ATF and have no plans to hold them accountable for what they did.

This virtually guarantees that the ATF will continue to engage in the same type of activity that got them in this situation to begin with.
