Bank of America worked with the FBI to investigate customers who made purchases with their credit and debit cards in and around the District of Columbia from January 5-7, 2021, and pushed those who had made gun purchases to the top of the list, according to whistleblower testimony obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The allegations come from whistleblower George Hill, a retired FBI supervisory intelligence analyst, who testified in a closed-door interview with the House Judiciary Committee in February that Bank of America gave the FBI’s Washington Field Office a list of individuals who made transactions in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area between Jan. 5 and Jan. 7, saying the company did so of its own volition and without any known legal process, according to testimony made to the House Judiciary Committee in February.

The list of individuals was later distributed to FBI field offices nationwide. It included BOA customers that purchased any product between those dates, while customers who had bought firearms were prioritized.

“The Bank of America, with no directive from the FBI, datamined its customer base,” Hill testified. “And they datamined a date range of 5 to 7 January of any BOA customer who used a BOA product. And by ‘BOA product,’ I mean a debit card or a credit card. They compiled that list. And then, on the top of that list, they put anyone who had purchased a firearm during any date.”

According to Just the News, the WFO pressured agents in the Boston Field Office to open investigations into 140 people who had taken a bus ride to the Jan. 6 rally.

The agents refused to cooperate because there was no evidence of criminal activity. Kudos to the Boston Field Office.

“That’s just not a good reason to hand over private information. If that’s the way they do business now, then the people of this country really have something to worry about,” Bernard Kerik, a security consultant who headed the NYPD in 2000 and 2001, said in an interview with The New York Post.

Hill further testified that, to his knowledge, “using a debit card or a credit card in the District does not provide adequate predication for the investigation of a crime. So, there was no legal process either asking for it or, you know, from the Bureau, DOJ, or anybody.”

According to Hill, any BOA customer who had ever bought a gun was pushed to the top of the list of people who were being investigated.

Committee Democrats claim that Hill’s testimony is prejudiced, citing statements made on social media after his retirement where he claimed the J6 protest was not an insurrection. They also claimed that Hill is inexperienced because he has been involved in only a few J6 cases.

Chairman of the committee, Jim Jordan, said that he had received numerous complaints from whistleblowers inside the FBI and is also looking for those whistleblowers to testify.

Speaker McCarthy has prioritized releasing information about government abuse by creating the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, as well as releasing over 40,000 hours of J6 video footage to Tucker Carlson of FOX News. The release has already proven false testimony given by numerous Biden officials, including the fact that there were allegedly only 14,000 hours of J6 footage and a recent video showing Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, who was reportedly murdered by J6 “insurrectionists” but was shown after the protest walking around the Capitol.

Make no mistake, folks, America is in a post-constitutional status. When law enforcement needs information in reference to terrorism investigations, they are told to get a warrant. When Americans go to D.C. to protest the stolen, befouled election, they are destroyed.

The J6 detainees were invited into the Capitol building and then arrested. That’s called entrapment! Now they are being held without trial or bail in the D.C. gulag violating the 6th and 8th Amendments, and the GOP does nothing.

Reason number 47 you should pay cash for everything, especially firearms.

They’re coming for your guns, folks!

That’s all for now, folks! Please keep sending in your questions, tips, and article ideas. And as always – “Let’s Be Careful Out There.”
